1 1⁄2 l acqua

la schiuma che si sarà formata in superficie. Mettere l'olio nella teglia
e versare la farinata mescolando bene in modo che assorba il condimento.
Passare in forno caldo per circa mezz'ora, cospargere di pepe e servire
tagliata a pezzi.
