Si aprira' a Roma lunedi' 31 maggio la settima edizione del campionato di calcio amatoriale che vedra' protagoniste le squadre regionali dell'Aic, Associazione Italiana Celiachia.

Il Campionato si svolgera' presso il Complesso sportivo Giulio Onesti del Coni.

''Si tratta di una manifestazione sportiva la cui valenza principale e' quella di stabilire contatti di amicizia tra i giovani celiaci delle varie Regioni'', ha dichiarato Leo Carnevali, Direttore tecnico della squadra Aic Lazio Onlus, e, ha aggiunto Paola Fagioli, presidente dell'Aic Lazio, ''di dimostrare che anche loro, una volta a dieta, sono in grado di confrontarsi alla pari con coetanei non celiaci.

Davvero alla pari''.

La celiachia e' una intolleranza permanente al glutine, che colpisce con intensita' variabile e costringe alla completa eliminazione del glutine dalla propria dieta.
