Pani in tutte le forme, in tutte le grandezze, in tutte le cotture e in tutte le farine del mondo. Sarà questo alimento carico di storia il protagonista della settima edizione di "Pane Nostrum", che si terrà a Senigallia dal 18 al 21 settembre, dedicata quest'anno ai pani delle aree delle lingue minoritarie d'Italia. Ma se questo è il tema centrale, la manifestazione prevede una ricchissima serie di iniziative, dallo spettacolo dei forni a cielo aperto, dove i maestri panificatori daranno lezione di tecnica e di tradizione, al corso (con prove pratiche e menù) per una panificazione adatta ai celiachi, in collaborazione con l'Associazione Italiana Celiachia. Domenica è previsto anche un corso per non vedenti e, in serata, una cena sul prato, con pani e prodotti di campagna. Anche per riposarsi da un sabato denso di musiche, spettacoli e animazioni.
