In piazza delle Rimembranze con un programma piuttosto ricco

La 41ma “Sagra del Pesce” delizierà Pozzallo per una tre giorni dall´8 al 10 agosto in piazza delle Rimembranze. Il programma è stato illustrato dal presidente della ProLoco di Pozzallo, Luciano Susino, dal sindaco Peppe Sulsenti, dal consigliere comunale allo spettacolo Luca Ballatore e dall’assessore provinciale allo sviluppo economico, Enzo Cavallo.

Tante le novità annunciate, a cominciare dalla presenza, per tutte e tre le serate, del nutrizionista Giorgio Calabrese, il quale sarà anche “testimonial” dell’evento. E poi ancora il cavaliere Giovanni Rana, titolare dell´omonimo pastificio di Verona, e il cabarettista catanese Giuseppe Castiglia.

Il programma è molto succulento. Venerdì 8 agosto (inizio ore 20) serata di risotto “Torre cabrera” e pietanze a base di pesce spada arrosto.

Sabato 9 agosto, il menù è il seguente: Pennette alla “Zarbatana” (ai frutti di mare), Fritto misto della Sagra, insalata del Mar Mediterraneo, Cous Cous originale del Nord Africa.

Domenica 10 agosto, tre i piatti in menù: Cavatelli ai gamberi, Fritto misto della Sagra, paella valenciana. Chiuderà la serata, alle 0.30, uno spettacolo di fuochi pirotecnici. Durante la serata di venerdì, vi sarà, inoltre, uno stand dell’Aic (associazione italiana celiachia) dove saranno fornite anche delle informazioni sulla malattia digestiva di origine genetica. Insomma, ce n’è per tutti i gusti.

"Il nostro obiettivo? – dichiara Susino – Superare la soglia degli 11 mila tagliandi staccati l’anno scorso, a riprova dell’affetto che cittadini e turisti riversano per l’appuntamento “clou” della stagione estiva. Il mio “sogno” sarebbe quello dei 15 mila tagliandi per le tre serate; un risultato, se quanto pronosticato si avverasse, che proietterebbe la sagra fra le sagre più importanti d’Italia".
