Il corso fa parte del progetto Alimentazione Fuori Casa e si propone di consentire anche ai celiaci di condividere il pasto con gli altri, salvaguardando le proprie specifiche esigenze.
Svariati gli argomenti che saranno trattati: l'alimentazione senza glutine, le categorie degli alimenti concessi e vietati, la contaminazione, l'approvvigionamento, lo stoccaggio e il servizio. commento questa iniziativa dicendo che mi sembra una buona idea dare la possibilità di far colazione ai celiaci,ma si potrebbe fare molto di più perchè i cibi confezionati non è poi così difficile portarseli da casa,si dovrebbe far capire ai pasticceri che non è poi così difficile trattare due farine diverse e i dolci o salati possono essere benissimo proposti anche a chi non ha questa intolleranza perchè se fatti freschi sono di ottimo gusto!!!!!!!!!!
