Il celiaco è un diverso?

La diversità del celiaco rientra tra quelle di cui mediamente ciascuno
di noi è portatore: l'allergia al pelo di gatto, la pelle troppo chiara
per esporsi al sole, l'incapacità di distinguere i colori ecc... Il
vero problema della celiachia non sta tanto nel celiaco ma nel glutine, cioè nel
contesto alimentare in cui il celiaco inevitabilmente si trova a vivere. Mentre
chi è allergico al pelo di gatto eviterà di tenere un gatto in
casa, chi ha la pelle delicata non farà le vacanze ai tropici e, infine,
chi è daltonico non si illuderà di diventare vigile urbano, il
celiaco si trova comunque, e suo malgrado, inserito in un ambiente ricco di
glutine. La vera differenza sta in questo.

Da questa, che è una diversità banale
e tutto sommato facilmente rimediabile, derivano una serie di problemi
pratici che in certi casi possono essere vissuti come una grave limitazione,
un marchio o, addirittura, un motivo di autoemarginazione.

é la limitazione che in riferimento alle abitudini italiane sono pesanti, purtroppo il glutine lo troviamo ovunque e in pochi sono attrezzati ad offrire la possibilità di alimentarsi senza sottolineare ogni volta io sono celiaco, quindi più che un problema alimentare io lo trovo un problema psico-sociale, nel nord europa il peso psicologico è sicuramente minore!

basta definire il celiaco come diverso io lo sono e mangio da dio sto bene con gli altri non ho problemi ad andare a mangiare nei ristoranti, anche in quelli che non sono iscritti all'AIC percui smettiamola di dire certe idiozie. grazie

Noi non abbiamo nessun buono per una scelta di evitare a nostro figlio la biopsia in sedazione E VORREMMO RISPONDERE che le farmacie se ne approfittano sicuramente del "buono" e che lo stato non le controlla imponendogli una limitazine dei prezzi.
Comunque noi i prodotti li compriamo ai supermercati che se ne approfittano di meno.
Vorrei anche rivolgermi alle ditte produttrici di soli prodotti per celiaci .
Alcune ditte come galbusera ,scotti ecc ecc che fanno linee di produzione specifiche per celiaci oltre a tutti gli altri prodotti con glutine, dovendo diversificare la loro produzione ,sopportano costi più alti e che quindi giustamente devono poi far ricadere sul consumatore, ma non capisco perchè le ditte che producono solo per celiaci fanno pagare mediamente i loro prodotti anche fino al triplo rispetto ai prodotti con glutine.
Queste differenze non si spiegano col solo costo delle materie prime più alto.
E' sicuramente una speculazione immorale ed indegna di un paese civile che lo permette.
Possibile che non ci debba essere un prezzo imposto per evitare queste speculazioni che poi ricadono su tutti i contribuenti?
Questo mi disgusta così come mi sorprende che alcuni debbano dire che non mangiano perchè il buono non basta.
Ammesso che sia vero ( questo è il paese con il numero più alto di invalidi e di furbi... ) , non mi fido di questi discorsi, perchè abbiamo amici che ci dicono che il buono alle volte non lo spendono neanche tutto.
E poi perchè lo stato non permette anche ai supermercati di riscuotere il "buono" ? in fondo hanno permesso la distribuzione dei parafarmaci..e gli alimenti per celiaci cosa sono???
Spero che si possa riflettere e migliorare,ma tanto siamo in italia...
